OFFICIAL RULES:

By entering this contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win. The Sleep America “Sealy Hawaii Giveaway” event begins February 14, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time and will end at 9:00 p.m. (PT) on March 15, 2009. The Give-Away is sponsored by Sleep America and Sealy Mattress Inc.

ELIGIBILITY:

Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the State of Arizona who are the age of 18 and above. Employees, agents, vendors or other officers of the sponsors, immediate family members, and any persons connected with promotion are not eligible. Entries through agents or third parties are invalid. Limit one entry per person.
How To Enter:

Fill out the SEALY HAWAII GIVEAWAY promotional card and drop into the promotional box at the counter at any Sleep America location. Include all requested information in order to be eligible.

SELECTION & NOTIFICATION OF CHOSEN PRIZE WINNER:

The chosen entrant will be selected by random drawing by a representative of Sponsor, under the supervision of an independent observer, from among all eligible entries received. The prize recipient will be notified by phone or e-mail on or about the 23rd of March 2009. The failure to respond timely to the notification may result in forfeiture of the prize and, in such case, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate chosen entrant from among the remaining eligible entries. Another random drawing name selection will take place if a selected entrant: (i) cannot be reached; (ii) cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason.

PRIZE:

One randomly selected entrant will receive a 6 night/7 day Hawaiian vacation, including hotel and airfare. No prize substitution is allowed except for the discretion of the Sponsor. No cash alternative is available. If any chosen prize from the Sponsors selected line of product can not be awarded for circumstances beyond the control of the Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded.

PRIVACY:

Unless entrants opt in by ticking the box below to receive additional mailings and correspondence from Sponsor, all personal information collected by Sponsor will be used for administration of the Give-Away only.
