2. Eligibility. The Sleep America Mini Cooper Giveaway Contest (the “Contest”) is open to residents of the State of Arizona, 18 years or older at the time of entry, with a valid driver’s license. Employees of Sleep America, LLC, King Koil, Inc. and each of their respective affiliated companies, parents, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and other agents, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with such employees, are not eligible. Employees of any vendor of Sleep America, LLC, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with such employees, are also not eligible.

3. Entry. Enter by submitting a Contest Entry Form at any Sleep America store location from January 6, 2008 through April 8, 2008 at 9:00 PM MST. Entry Forms will not be accepted anywhere other than at Sleep America store locations. Entry Forms are available at all Sleep America store locations and at www.sleepamerica.com. One entry allowed per eligible person per Sleep America store location per day through the submittal date cut off. Sleep America is not responsible for lost, incomplete, inaccurate, illegible or damaged entries. Contest winner will be drawn at random on April 11, 2008 from all eligible entries submitted. Winner must meet the eligibility requirements stated in these Official Rules.

4. Prizes and Odds. Contest winner will receive a 2007 Mini Cooper – estimated retail value of the prize is $30,000.00 plus tax. Prize does not include registration fees, insurance, or any other fees, expenses, or surcharges related to the prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Winner Notification and Acceptance. Winner will be notified by telephone, mail and/or e-mail by Sleep America. Winner may waive his or her right to receive prize. Prize is nonassignable and nontransferable. Winner will be asked to show a valid ID and proof of age. Winner must pick up prize by April 30, 2008 (if prize is not claimed by April 30, 2008, prize will be forfeited). Winner acknowledges that Sleep America will receive the prize from a third-party vendor, and accordingly, Sleep America is not responsible for and makes no warranties as to the condition of prize. No substitutions are allowed and the prize is not exchangeable for cash. Winner is solely responsible for reporting and payment of any federal, state and local taxes on the prize, including sales taxes. Winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, and/or a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law). Failure to sign and return the affidavit or release, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in the winner’s disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to an alternate winner. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes entrant’s consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. 6. Participation. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Contest judges. Contest Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by Sponsor.

7. General Release. By entering the Contest, contestants release Sleep America, LLC, King Koil, Inc., any other promotional sponsors, and each of their respective affiliated companies, parents, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light).

8. Sponsor. The Sleep America Mini Cooper Giveaway Contest is sponsored by Sleep America, LLC, whose decisions regarding the selection of the winner and all other aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects. Sleep America will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Contest.
