BED-A-DAY GIVEAWAY

Sleep America is giving away one mattress set every day during our Anniversary Sale, which runs from February 27, 2008 through April 8, 2008.  No purchase is necessary to enter or win.  Making a purchase will not increase the chances of winning.  The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.  Employees of Sleep America and its vendors and/or suppliers, and the family members of such employees, are not eligible.    

Entry forms are available at all Sleep America stores.  Only one entry per day, per customer, is permitted.

At the end of each business day during our Anniversary Sale all entries for that day will be forwarded to Sleep America’s corporate office.  A winner will be drawn at random and notified by phone by corporate office personnel.  All decisions by Sleep America personnel regarding the selection of winners are final.  All winners must be legal residents of the Sate of Arizona.  Winners are responsible for all taxes related to their prize, if any.  By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, photograph, voice, likeness and biographical information in this and future promotions, publicity and/or media without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Winners not purchasing a bed at the time of entry will receive a gift certificate valued at $299.95.  The gift certificate is valid at any Sleep America store for one year from the date of issue.

Winners who purchased a mattress set the day they entered the contest will be credited for the total value of the mattress set purchased, regardless of the purchase price.  The credit applies only to the mattress set purchased.  All other items, including delivery fees, are excluded.  Winners who purchased more than one mattress set the day they entered the contest will be credited for the least expensive set.
