Job Summary:
Completing the customer’s purchase of the ideal choice of a sleep system and accessories, which began with our professional Sales team, will be the main focus of this position. This includes, but is not limited to, such tasks as, delivery, and set up of our products in customer homes, pre and post trip inspections and professional and courteous interactions with all members of the team.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Driving personnel:
Must have a good driving history; pass DOT physical, ability to read a map
book, good customer service, lift at least 75# consistently, 2 years recent delivery
experience. The incumbent must be at least 25 years old.
Physical Demands:
Moderate to heavy physical demands, will be required to load and unload trucks, and to lift mattresses and other merchandise.
Work Environment:
The incumbent will spend the vast majority of their time traveling in a vehicle to a customer’s home in all types of weather conditions. The work environment characteristics described here are representatives of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the associate frequently works near moving mechanical parts. The associate occasionally works in high, precarious places and in outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
